Our main delivery partner NZ Post has advised of delivery delays in Auckland of up to 5 days after dispatch due to significant volumes of parcels being sent in Auckland and COVID operating restrictions.
We encourage you to track your delivery progress via the tracking link in your account and only contacting us if your delivery is overdue by more than 5 working days.

Bulky Delivery
Our main partner for delivery of bulky goods has advised NZ Diver of their Red Light contactless delivery service protocol:

During the pre-delivery call our bulky courier partner will be asking receiver’s questions around their health status and if any household members are in self-isolation or is currently exhibiting cold and flu like symptoms. Deliveries to these properties will be managed on a case by case basis.

With all home deliveries when arriving at a residence, drivers will ensure they have sanitised and are wearing the appropriate PPE including masks and gloves. The driver will then knock, step back ensuring 2 metre exclusion zone is in place. This will need to be adhered to at all times between the receiver and the driver.

Where possible drivers ask for all household members present during the delivery to be wearing a protective mask.
Rural Fees
If you live at a rural address you must select the Rural Delivery option in the Checkout for your item to be delivered. Please note that if you don't select Rural Delivery but your order is being delivered to a Rural Address, we may request for the rural delivery fee to be paid before your order is delivered. We must charge this additional fee because rural delivery because couriers are subcontracted to deliver your parcel from the nearest Post Office. These couriers then on-charge this fee to Nz Diver .
Will I be safe receiving my delivery?
All of our delivery partners have contact-less delivery for the well-being of both our customers and the couriers. Instead of a physical signature, a verbal signature will be requested, upon confirmation of your name.
