Ive been wearing the bracelet for 2-3 weeks now and I noticed a huge difference when I forgot to put it on for 2 days as we had a family gathering so I was flat out but the difference of wearing this bracelet vs not wearing I can really feel a difference my hands are numb and tingling in the mornings sometimes in the night.
