Non-drowsy capsules and are suitable for women who are pregnant or lactating as well as Children over 6 Years, who can safely swallow capsules.

Vege Capsules Contain:

  • Psyllium Hulls
  • Ginger
  • Menthol
  • Vitamin C
  • BEST TAKEN WITH A GLASS OF WATER OR DILUTED JUICE.

Suggested Dose:
1 to 2 Capsules, the night before travel and then 2 hours prior to travel.
May be taken during the trip as required, Up to 4 times daily (in a 24 hour period).

For Chronic or Recurrent problems. Take 1 to 2 Capsules, morning and night before meals ongoing. To help reduce motion sensitivity.

Or directed by your healthcare practitioner.

  • Excess alcohol drinking before or during travel.
  • Large, heavy fatty meals.
  • Looking down constantly i.e. reading a book, texting.
  • Close work activities i.e. like screen watching, tying shoelaces, rigging fishing gear, etc.

Some helpful things to do:

  • Fresh air.
  • Small frequent light meals.
  • Hydrate and have frequent sips of water.
  • Focus on distant objects or the horizon or look where you're heading
  • Give yourself something positive and interesting to focus on.
  • Closing your eyes and having a nap.
