Suggested Dose:
1 to 2 Capsules, the night before travel and then 2 hours prior to travel.
May be taken during the trip as required, Up to 4 times daily (in a 24 hour period).
For Chronic or Recurrent problems. Take 1 to 2 Capsules, morning and night before meals ongoing. To help reduce motion sensitivity.

Best to Avoid:
- Excess alcohol drinking before or during travel.
- Large, heavy fatty meals.
- Looking down constantly i.e. reading a book, texting.
- Close work activities i.e. like screen watching, tying shoelaces, rigging fishing gear, etc.
Some helpful things to do:
- Fresh air.
- Small frequent light meals.
- Hydrate and have frequent sips of water.
- Focus on distant objects or the horizon or look where you're heading
- Give yourself something positive and interesting to focus on.
- Closing your eyes and having a nap.
